Tonight I was in Yverdon. Tonight when the night arrives, where the sun hides behind the moutain, I halt on my way and watched. I was coming back from the swimming ppol. Surrounded by moutains, multicolored coulds and cold white snow. Tonight I discovered Yverdon.
I'm living here for now 10 short mmonths and I never found the time to halt and watch where I am, where I choose to let my luggage for the next years. Never seen that this white mountain was so beautiful at sunset, that the city centre was slightly but surely going to sleep, and that traffic still goes on just behind the city walls. I'm just aware I never paid attention to the city I'm living in. I saw it many many time. I felt the calm power radiatig from this little swiss town.
And tonight, while going back home, in this cold winter day, still hot and wet from the pool, I took my time, to watch, and appreciate. ANd I told myself, why should I move again to be closer to my job et loose all this ? Here I'm happy. Here I'm calm. Here I'm far from the stress of the big city.
Tonight ? I'm happy. Tonight I'm back home. And I'll do anything to stay that way for tonight. Thank to everything which made me come here today. Tomight, I'm a baby who will dream a happy dream.

For the very first time I participate to a Flick Meetup. Actually, this is the first I know that is not too far from my location (only 3.5 hours away by train). I was there, meet Flickr users and other photographers. It was really great to belong to a group.
